I was just diagnosed with secondary polythycemia and am having a hard time finding information on how to control my iron intake thru my diet. Are there any good resources on what i can safely eat?

My experience was different. When I started taking hydrea my platlet count varied up and down as much as a million every two weeks. So my doctor prescribed anagrelide. The excessive variation ended.
